At Britain’s Glow, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any problem with your order, please read our policy below.

Returns

Because we sell health and skincare products, we only accept returns if the product is unused and sealed.

You can return a product if:

  • It is unused and unopened

  • The seal is not broken

  • It is in the original packaging

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the order

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Shipping:

You will need to pay for the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The product is marked as non-returnable

  • You contact us after 7 days

Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will check it carefully.

  • If your return is approved, we will send your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days

  • If the return is not approved (for example, the item is used), we will send the product back to you

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the product you received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once confirmed, we will send you a replacement.

Please note:

We do not offer exchanges for opened or used items, or if you change your mind.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Give you a full refund
